Qualified with a MS in Mechanical Engineering, he is a specialist in World Class Manufacturing. His career started as an Automotive Design Engineer with Mercedes Benz. He moved into Plastics as a Plant Engineer for a major US fortune 500 company and moved up through manufacturing to the position of VP Operations. Through horizontal integration from packaging, he moved into beverage and food manufacturing, first within the Coca–Cola system, for 11 years and later with a large private food processor. His experience was from the floor to the board room, in automotive, plastics, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries, covering all the manufacturing disciplines.

Favorite projects were establishing new manufacturing plants, from breaking ground, to buildings, machinery and staffing a fully functional unit, operating at world class standards.

With a wealth of knowledge spanning many years in the healthcare field, Heidi has been forging lasting relationships between candidates and clients who trust and respect the knowledge she has attained through her vast experience.
